Meet
Jodee Marsh.

Without exercise, there would be no ‘Jodee’. Exercise has helped me through so many facets of life, from my darkest hours to my brightest moments, helping me feel positive on a day-to-day basis. Incorporating exercise and strength training into your lifestyle helps you feel great in both body and mind, empowering you to tackle some of life’s toughest hurdles.

I danced in my younger years, and though I still enjoy it to this day, I got an injury at 15, subsequently losing my passion to continue professionally. After a year away from strict dieting and exercise, the weight had started to pack on. I soon realized that this was not how I wanted to look nor feel, and that it would only get worse if I continued as I was. Deciding to focus on aerobics and swimming, which I had previously enjoyed, I began exercising again, in search of a healthy body and mind.

This continued for at least the next 15 years of my life until I had children. As any parent will know, you are increasingly time poor with kids, so you have to get creative! I found that exercising outdoors was the easiest way to keep the dogs and I fit, whilst entertaining the kids. Gyms work for a lot of people, but the invigorating feeling from training amongst nature is incomparable. I began experimenting with different exercises, including outdoor strength training, and haven’t looked back. Find a park, grassy area or a beach and do one of my programs. I guarantee you’ll feel fantastic when you’re done. Not only have you done something to keep fit and healthy, but you’ve enjoyed your surrounds too.

Many people worry about exercising in public, but I never feel judged and neither will you. Most people just tell me they’re inspired to do the same!
